For an introvert, getting to know someone can be difficult. Online contact is great, but only to a point. Eventually there needs to be the face-to-face interaction. I think many people miss the idea of basic courtship or even the start of a friendship, and favor going straight to the action. The one part of the character of a person is reflected by the friends they have. By going straight for the action before friendship or courtship, if it doesn’t work out then the person loses out on both. |

Some are surprised when I tell them I can put instant gratification on hold. For whatever reason they think I’m lying or exaggerating. No, actually I’m not. I’ve learned the hard way that many things have to wait, otherwise it bites you in the ass later. A coworker (hottie, but way too young) found this out the hard way. She got herself an STD. In learning more about the throuple life, trust is a big issue. If someone isn’t open and honest about one thing, what else are they not being open and honest about? Setting aside the obvious trust issues this creates, this lack of openness and honesty can ruin lives by spreading an STD. |
