After a military coup where I installed myself as the President of the People's Republic of Hubstonia I have decided to pass an act to clarify swinging in accordance with other statute laws in force in the UK.
The Swingers Act 2008
The Abolition of Slavery Act 1833 - Under this act anyone advertising as a slave to mistresses or masters will be fined £1 4s 3d
The Offences Against the Persons Act 1861 - Under this act anyone into S&M affecting bodily harm will be fined 4s 2d
The Public Order Act 1986 - Under this act anyone asking for someone to piss or shit on them will be fined £3 5s 2d
The Sexual Offences Act 2003 - Under this act anyone outdoor fun will be fined under section 67 £1 3s 4d
You are allowed to have sex in the comfort of your own home though.
