Went to the SexyCarol and Mick's Nottingham Social on 16th June. Has to have been the best one yet. It was good to see so many faces from the chat room turn up and a lot of new folk. The place was packed and the atmosphere was brilliant.
Add to that the fact that this time I wasn't driving back to Manchester and stands3 and I were staying in the hotel made it even better. I could drink and I did drink. Trip the light fantastic? No. I smashed the fuckin thing!
These parties are in my opinion the best on the circuit. The people are tops, the booze is cheaper than dahn sarf, the organisation is flawless.
Missed the buffet so took the opportunity to eat some chocolate eclairs.
We shared a room with msminicooper who was superb company as always and it was stands and her that babysat me for the evening when it became apparent I had been poisoned. I never realised Mansfield Smooth had large quantities of Polonium 210 in it.
Pints drunk = 18
