Obese woman. No sex drive, fat, lazy, boring. Ugly. Don’t forget ugly. Crazy, demented, sick. Can’t take constructive criticism (disguised as belittlement), insecure, too emotional, too sensitive, too needy. Too everything.
Then again, do we listen to the wrong people? Why don’t we hear and take in the comments that are positive?
Independent, curvaceous woman. Average sex drive? Sexy, hard working, creative, intelligent, FUN. Pulchritudinous. Yes, someone actually told me I was pulchritudinous. (I had to look it up, too). Flirty, fun loving, adventurous. Appreciates loving comments, emotionally flexible, sensitive in all the ways that count, simply in need of people who care.
This blog may have nothing to do with the site, but it does have everything to do with where I’m at in the world these days.
We let others define us in so many ways. But why is it that so often it’s only in the negative sense?

there was an advert on the telly for 50 shades (I think) and it was basically a bloke saying to a woman "stop looking in the mirror , it doesn't matter what YOU think you look like , it's what I think you look like that matters"

Aphrodite. Beware of those who need use a Thesaurus in order to try to win you over by using an obscure word like " pulchritudinous " to describe your charm, intelligence and beauty,I doubt if they have ever used it before in conversation. It is a cumbersome and not very attractive sounding word and knowing you, would have thought that you were singularly unimpressed by it.

that first paragraph sounds like medical notes following the current doctrine. ..avoid going to the quaks and they won't have the opportunity to try and tell you off for being 'fat'!

First, I truly think that people who have got the time and actually face to refer to another person with malicious adjectives are not worthy of my attention. In a way they enjoy putting people down and feeling better about themselves this way. Yes, they may hurt but it is simply because I am a woman and women in general like to feel attractive and we enjoy compliments. Conclusion: I could not care less except for 10 minutes.
