The examples you give can be taken from any aspect of your personal or working life – recent work examples tend to be the strongest indicator of your abilities though, so we recommend that you use these if possible.
Describing how you achieved the competency criteria is critical. For example, if the criteria asks you to provide evidence of how you have improved and streamlined existing procedures to be more effective, you would need to state exactly what you did to improve and streamline, how this was achieved and what was the outcome.
