Don't really know yet,but I think I am nerouring it down. Always full of affection,and in need of releasing it & showing it bad. I am middle aged as that saying goes, but beeing involved in sports one way or another, I've got relatively great lungs,heart rate hand stamina that would shock ya. Well except the hair,a few wrinkles, do to now I don't need to focus on the weight up thing, and 2 grocery bills, 1 supplement,and whole lot I won't bother to mention and reagular food.
