iI feel that the evidence has not been considered properly.
The reason my enquiry was rejected was due to me not having my disabled badge disabled, I had not said this was the reason I was trying to object against the fine in my last letters, I was merely saying I’m disabled and was not sure whether I had displayed it or not. The reason I stated that I was disabled was due to the fact that the road I had parked on when I got the ticket was not properly sign posted, the only sign post stating that the road was marked as resident permit holders only was to far for me to walk and see.
I was also stating in my previous letters that the area I got my ticket is now part of a regeneration scheme and that all of the residents of this road have been decanted and the buildings have been knocked down and made way for a new development.
Please reconsider this fine as I think it was unfairly produced.
