I'm a man (we're a couple) with a problem. My much loved wife has back and hip problems which make normal sex (i.e. penetration) very painful for her. I have a high drive, which she can't satisfy, and she loves me and hates to see me frustrated, so she's suggested that I find a friend with whom to satisfy sexual needs.
