My history in Ds is long. My experience has shown me that I do best when I work with my sub through encouragement and positive reinforcement rather than degradation and humiliation.
That's not to say that I can't or won't do either: simply that I don't prefer them.
I am very keen on teaching my subs in the various domains where I have a bit of knowledge.
