I try to get to the gym at least every other day but work catches me out some times you can also reach me on koteyelizabeth95 at gee mail. Work is good, being in the office for very long hrs and working out on documents and files gets me busy all the time.I like to be out doors as much as I can but when I am in I like to read Herbert, King, Card... A little TV, the daily show, some movies.I love to laugh more than anything. And I do love chocolate ice cream.I go to a meditation group on Sundays to keep me health always for the day.
