Hi we are Janet and Richard, "The Real Wife Swop" couple, whose video has now been approved on Netflix for those who are new to the lifestyle and interested in learning more. We also made a documentary called "Jon Richardson grows up" for Channel 5 which again explores the fun hedonistic lifestyle through interviews and socialising parties.
We are both very professional, enjoying wonderful careers, hard-working and very sociable. We live in our beautiful leafy village of Radlett, Hertfordshire, nr St AlbansWatford, just off the M25. We enjoy meeting other intelligent like-minded couples just for occasional fun and socialising and enjoy a tremendous fulfilling lifestyle.
We also hold monthly exclusively private parties in our 8-bedroomed house with covered 50ft heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and Jacuzzi for couples and single male and females and enjoy meeting new and exciting people in our hedonistic lifestyle.
We also have a 30 sq ft Dedicated Disco Dance Area with a dance pole for the wannabe pole dancers
In House DJs with lasers, haze machine, music from the 80s & 90s to present.

Our parties are ideal for new people and we can assure you of a no hassle fun time even if you are just visiting for the first time.
Parties are catered for couples and single ladies on Saturdays. Single men can attend on Fridays and special events like THE BLACK WOMAN'S FAN CLUB.

Radlett parties are held at a large luxury house in Hertfordshire surrounded by 3 acres of secluded grounds.
Parties start at 9. 30 pm and finish when the last person leaves.

Coffee, toast and saucy memories from the night before served for our guests who party till morning.

Our Parties will run on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday of each month and the 3rd and 4th Friday of each month. With additional one off parties at various times, so keep checking our profile.

Radlett Parties has a no pressure or expectation rule.
Guests must be respectful of all fellow guests boundaries and rules. No means NO.
You must bring your own drinks, soft drinks and condoms as none are supplied.
No mobile phones or electronic recording devices are allowed unless you are outside the house or pool areas.
No PHOTOGRAPHY ANYWHERE please. We have an authorised photographer who is happy to take pictures for you with your permission. Photos will be sent to you after. No images of individuals are kept or stored by us once sent to you.
So if you're interested please send us your user names together with your email address and we will put you on the Party attendance list which will be listed below. Full details of how and where to find us will then be sent direct to your email address a few days before the Party.

ABOUT US
We are a fun-loving hedonistic mixed-race couple hosting parties in our beautiful house in Radlett, Hertfordshire. We love throwing parties for fun and meeting other amazing couplessingle males and single females, both straight and bi-curious. We do seek a contribution to cover costs of the monthly events, but it is not a business for us.
