In the user agreement, it says to contact the "HelpDesk" for billing issues or problems. I searched for about 30 minutes. there is no "HelpDesk" and as far as I could find, no access to contact this site! Once they have your credit card information, they can charge whatever they want, for as long as they want and the only way to stop them is by contacting your card issuer and dealing with a major process to cancel the purchase.
