Well, first things first, the obligatory definition of my present state of gender : I'm a genderqueer girly boy, who prefers the term tgirl to transvestite or transsexual, it leaves the 't' ambiguous which is to my liking. I spend most of my time being acceptable in societies eyes and being a boy. I have no issues with people knowing about my 'gender issues' have 'come out' about them to friends.
