Hello My name is Russell I am a 50 year old single Guy from Woodbridge in Suffolk , which is a small Town about 6 miles East of Ipswich.
I am 5`8`` tall well built, even cuddly , guy or so im told (lol).

My work is that of a Support Worker which involves looking after people with Learning Disabilities and the Elderly. Which at times is stressful but can also be rewarding.
My Hobbies include Sport playing and watching, Charity Work and meeting People.
I have completed in 6 London Marathons for Charity.
My Charity work has taken me to Romania a few times, working in the Orphanages, Hospitals , Homes for the Elderly and places for Disabled Children.
