Most of you don't know or don't care BUT a week ago today I joined lean body studio in Mississauga. I took my very first fitness class which was kick boxing. The owner told me the class would be fun. That class was anything but fun, oh boy did this class kick my fat ass. The next day as I was getting ready for work at 5am my body was cursing me, everywhere hurt I could bare move. Some of you might think I'd say fuck it... But no I went back Monday right after work and took my first LAB ( legabsbooty) class. My body hurt so bad going into the class, that close to the end of the one hour class I was in tears. The cutesy women that leads the class is great and pretended not to notice. After that class I took a one hour bootcamp class. I didn't think I could go on anymore but I did and did it to the end. The guy that leads the class oh gosh he cracks me up... Ppl call him Mr. Motivation I call him Rick Flare Jr. lol he is loud but great.....
