im a pretty easy going, chilled out kind of guy. i play sport proffesionally as a career and i am an avid fan of anything sports or fitness related, as a result i have recently becomed qualified as a stength and conditioning coach. although sport is a big part of my life it doesnt have to be a big part in yours!
aside from sport ill get some down time wether that be staying in and watching a film or hitting the town with friends. i listen to music everywhere i go and im never without a pair of headphones. im being pretty vauge but give me a shout and who knows me might have something in common!
