I also enjoy the outdoors, Thea beach, the bush and going out - good restaurants, art house cinema, theater, art galleries. New things invigorate me: people, places, ideas, experiences. Space and peace does the same.
I practice yoga and meditation every day. Spirituality is a strong part of my life that grows stronger as I get clearer in my intent. I strive to live an authentic and joyful life. I am working hard to let go of my natural ( in bred cultural) reserve that holds me back at times when i am not conscious.
