For Stolen Phones:
1.Call your wireless service provider to suspend your service to protect yourself against unauthorized charges.
2.You may be required to report the incident to the local police department. If a police report is required, you will need the following information:
?The name of the Police Department where the incident was reported.
?Police report case number.
?Police report case number If the police department does not complete a police report, you must provide us with the name of the Police Department, the phone number, and the person you spoke with so that we may verify the information.
