I was born in a very small mid-western town, and grew up in a pretty conservative family environment. I was in the middle of several kids in my family which I am still very close with all of them today. After high school I attended an all woman's college, and got degrees in Political Science, and German Studies. After college I moved back to Kansas for a short visit, and that is when I met Bruce in late 1995. Bruce just got out of the military and we hit it off right away and were dating shortly after that.
