42yr old swm, spend a lot of time playing guitar, writing short stories&poetry, I'm trying to compile all my writing's into trying to publish them as a book, hopefully.
Life's all about moments, and it just all comes down to whether you realize it when those moments happen, there's a lot of moments to be had in life, sometimes we just need to slow down and take them in, it's what makes the rest of the time bearable in life. Don't always be so hastily wanting time to pass, just because of having plans, sometimes, it just might very well be in those days, you wished would hurry away, and you didn't even realize what it meant, until it was too late, before you know it, you'll be much older, and look back, and say I wish I would have taken much, much more in, cherished those small things, which seemed so insignificant at the time, just remember time is fleeting, and we can never regain that which we lost, when there gone.

Words Words have the power to instill fear, emotions, hatred, and love. They can make something from nothing, and nothing into something, tell lies, half truths, they are used to tell us how we should live, and how we should fear cause there is someone up above that is watching over us, but just as people in power, they have no meaning unless you give them power over you, just because its said or written, doesn't mean its set in stone. Since the dawn of spoken, and written language its been used to control us, how we should live, act, feel, and fear, but its an illusion the biggest one. Guns don't fight wars, wars are started over words told to us in half truths and we gave them power, and became subservient, because of words. We are individuals, not thoughtless cattle. The moral is don't be so quick to pass judgement, fear, or give yourself to words after all, your only getting one side of a story, how do I know, because I was once a story. Author me Dorian Grey |
