I’m a Dom, one of the first things I do with new subs is teach them the positions, and make them practice:KNEEL-You kneel with your legs together, sitting on your feet. Your hands are behind your back, your thumbs and forefingers meet, creating a perfect triangle at your lower back. Your back is very straight, chest out, eyes down.WAIT-Kneel up on wide knees, not sitting. Your hands are behind your neck, tips of your fingers touching. Back straight, chest out, eyes on me if I am in view otherwise straight ahead.DOWN-Lie flat on the floor, face down (not resting on the ground). Legs should be spread wide with hands behind the back making the triangle.SHOW-From a chairseated or Kneel position, spread your legs wide. Back straight, eyes on me or straight ahead.BEND-Stand with legs spread wide apart. Knees should be locked and hands on your ankles ankles (or close).FOURS-Doggie style with elbows locked and knees together. Head should be up.Last 2- PRESENT and INSPECT.Then it begins
