Thanks for reading. Id say Im chill and easy going. Home body for the most part but can rally depending. Motivated and disciplined typically. I only work on things Im passionate about In ways I feel stimulated, and growing but also giving.
Two favorites are martial arts and psychedelic therapy. I think both have endless countless benefits and have shaped mind, body. Perspective.
I think everyone should be kind, but strong. Should train something extremely difficult as many days of the week as possible.
