I've been through to much, I'm not looking for a ONS, a FWB, regardless of the site name I don't do affairs, you and I both have to be free from all other commitments like that if we are going to take a serious look at each other. I've gained and lost like anyone else in life, but it keeps getting closer to home and more painful.
As damaged as I am and as difficult as I've had it, I want to meet the one who'll share life with me. The one who isn't playing games. The one who wants a life partner, not a 'for the foreseeable. ' I'm not a toy and neither are you, I will respect you and care for you till the day we know if it is love or simply infatuation of a kind. I will protect you and honor you if you let me. The rest is in your hands.
I tend to second guess myself because I don't want to hurt you, and I'm afraid to make the mistakes that will drive you away. I want you to be the happiest person alive when you're in my arms, and to not just want me but choose me everyday. I want to meet the person who can look at me and be proud that they are with me.
A few things about me:
I'm an extreme athlete, you put a sport in front of me and I'm going to play.
I'm a singer songwriter, written a few songs but can sing almost anything.
I'm a poet, I've written a couple hundred poems and won contest with a couple of them.
I'm a counselor for my job, I work with trouble youth in both mental and behavioral treatment.
I'm also in the military.
Last and most important is that GOD comes first in my life, you will only ever be second to him. I'm not hung up on any ex's, and I'm not going to ever even look at someone else if you're with me. I'm as loyal as a dog and compassionate as a puppy.
If you want to make a life with me then get to know me first, I don't jump in if I don't know the temperature and nature of the water, and how deep it truly is. If you can understand this and be patient enough to get to know me, then we can have a wonderful future together.
