Four times a week i take a morning cycle of 15 miles and the other three mornings i take an hourly jog. Some of my evenings are spent performing yoga, aikido and swimming. In the comfort of my home i also row (on a machine) and meditate daily. From which you will have no doubt gathered i am fit and healthy, have never had any STD's, and i am now seeking to entertain. My endowment is 9 inches and relatively thick. (I will let you be the judge as to whether thats long or not...)!
