As a 37-year-old man, I find that what gets me excited and happy has changed over time. In my youth, it was often things like video games, sports, and hanging out with friends. Now, as an adult, I find myself more fulfilled by things like spending quality time with my family, pursuing my passions and interests, and making progress towards my personal and professional goals. I also find satisfaction in helping others and contributing to my community in meaningful ways. Overall, what makes me happy is having a sense of purpose, meaningful connections with others, and the ability to enjoy the simple things in life.
