I'm a very active person, I go to the gym at least three times a week, use it or lose it is one of my mantras! I have been surfing most of my life and flying for over twenty years. I enjoy most activities having taken up mountain biking and stand up paddle boarding. I enjoy reading as well, scieence fiction being my genre of choice. One book particularly relevant to this website is "Sex at Dawn: How We Mate, Why We Stray, and What It Means for Modern Relationships." Well worth a read!
