I love, I mean seriously love, strength and fitness training. It has taught me much about pushing through mental resistance too. By my own effort and will, getting stronger still. I love feeling the burn, find it kinda raunchy too. I am not for the faint of heart.
I dance like everyone is watching ... and I love it. I am a stand up comedian too, so not shy. All up ... come the revolution, you might find me, a mere slip of a gal, surprisingly strong, with words that might inspire ... or make you laugh.
