About me? When I had cancer I realised I wasn't happy. Until then it was something I felt but always doubted. When I was told I had a tumour in my throat the size of a golf ball I could see clearly that I was unhappy, and why. It wasn't that I didn't have a full life, I did. But I'd filled it with all the things I thought I should want and not what I truly honestly wanted. It became clear I was living a perfect life, but it wasn't mine. So I left my job, split with my long term partner and started what has become the last 6 years. I don't have a drive for codependency. I know that now. Self improvement, making time to write, and sustainable friendships I have all the time in the world for are my core drives. I live alone with my trusty tabby Cat and spend most of my free time watching space and history documentaries and watching movies and TV, bit of a TV geek. Country boy living in the city who found enlightenment and chose the path less traveled
