First off, I don't have George Clooney looks, have a 8 bedroomed mansion, have a BMW in the garage or an umlimited bank account! I'm not an imaginary figment of fantasy. I'm a real-life basic car, job and home kind of guy. Sorry if if that disappoints, but take some time to know me and you'll see there's attributes I have that make me more interesting than a false ideal.
I enjoy football, hockey and swimming to keep fit when I'm not gaming or pulling apart PC's to fix. My PC isn't up to the current rigours of present day games but a few years ago, my ex was truly a gaming clan widow to me! If you can bear me playing FPS games and shouting out in surprise "Oh bugger, he's taking me out from behind" and see the funny side of it, you have my sense of humour! Lol.
I am a techie, a geek, a nerd that I know can embarass people, but I'm not one of them black-framed spectacle wearers, I'm the genuine article! I'm interested in the sort of stuff common would consider immature or childish, but then, who ever said I had to ever act my age? My mature looks are offset by my immature interests.

I like my fancy dress, especially Halloween when I can really be my geeky, nerdy self. If I'm not dressing up as the grim reaper to scare the sh*t out of people, my other guises have a more militaristic theme. I cosplay and my costume is a Resident EvilUmbrella Corp operative. I'm also looking to find a werewolf mask, werewolf gloves and overshoes for a Dog Soldiers fancy-dress orientated costume. As you can imagine, friends kinda think I'm f*cked up with my interests at times but it's part of what I call harmless fun.
My music tastes range from hard-dance, to ska and classical. There isn't much I won't listen to or give a try! I won't do country or jazz music though. Just no.
I've been for the past year or so, applying for jobs outside the UK as I speak basic Spanish, French and German. I also know a little Polish and Dutch. But a language in progress is Lithuanian, which I find I use a lot of the time when I'm over there, researching family genealogy and with friends from over there.
I've been a lab chemistlab technician for the best part of 15 years from when I was 18 and had my first job at a pharmaceutical company. I chose that career as I'm, at times, a bit 'mad like Einstein' and that my mates said I'd be the most probably person to end up cooking up world war 3 in a test tube.
What you should understand about me that people, who haven't visited where I live, have made assumptions I'm a level-headed sort of guy, maybe a bit boring too. But my home, it's a true reflection of who I am and how wacky, absurd and misleading as in 'judging a book by it's cover' can be! Take my DVD collection, it includes all the Aliens, Predator, Terminator, Resident Evil and the odd 'good old' 80's childrens movies so I suppose you could add to my interests sci-fi movies!
