I am often very struck by how people find it very difficult to be kind to themselves. They believe that it is in some way wrong or selfish to be kind to themselves but being kind to yourself is about the most important thing you can do for other people. If you can understand your own needs and treat yourself with respect and honour yourself and your true feelings you will become the most wonderful person in the world. You will be happy, kind to others and kind to the world we live in.
