Live in the US and am looking for friends anywhere. I'm young at heart, silly, goofy, serious, liberal, conservative, generous, protective, intelligent, cynical but open minded, worldly, street smart, trusting. Been in Seattle a couple of years now (moved to NW from Illinois 4 yrs ago) and can't imagine living anywhere else! Love the people, love the weather, the mountains and the water.
I'm looking for someone who is fun, open, has great humor, a little romantic (or a lot!) and interesting. I like to explore this great NW area and enjoy throwing the dog in the car and choosing a direction to go with my camera. I'm creative, artistic, intelligent, well educated, cultured, like a good walk, and love great conversation. I love to dance (been a couple of years but took Swing, Waltz, Salsa lessons which was a blast!).
I've done everything from hosting a party at the St. Regis Hotel in NYC to cleaning stalls in Louisville, KY and feel comfortable in either venue. I'm completely horse crazy, organized by relaxed and have done some nutty things in my life.. just ask me. Love to travel but staying home is fun, too. I’ve seen most states in the Union (except Alaska…I’m dying to see Denali!), been to Europe (France, England, Italy, Switzerland), travel to Hawaii once or twice a year and would go anywhere in a heartbeat given the chance and time. I work hard but love to play. I’m looking for someone that feels that having "things" is great but creating great memories is far better and likes people for who they are..not expecting cookie cutter average people.
I say what’s on my mind…I say what I mean and I mean what I say. None of this NW passive aggressive stuff for me! I’m kind but straight forward. I like different, I am different (a little silly, arty, chatty, goofy, but a little Midwest conservative in a liberal sort of way). I'm financially secure and am not looking for a sugar daddy..with that said, you should also be comfortable, too.
I'm a little shy at first but then when comfortable I love to parry and jab in good humor. I love a good flirt, someone with a giggle or flat out laugh given the opportunity, self depreciating but a good humored intelligent dig is fun too. Despite what some women say… Laughter and funny IS sexy!

You have my heart if you have an accent (or can fake a good one!), a great sense of humor, have tolerance, are a musician, an artist, an architect, an entrepreneur, can cook, loves my doggie (and he loves you) andor are a super great guy.
Bottom line.. everything happens for a reason… I don’t expect miracles..another friend in a new town or somewhere else is better than nothing!
