I am going to need your help to get together I have a problem with dizziness due to a stroke I had last year on the operating table while undergoing a double lung transplant. Lungs are doing good but the dizziness is still there and I am not allowed to drive yet. I am married but we do not have sex (her choice), But I still want to be VERY DISCRETE! which will require your help also. Also, they are keeping my immune system weakened to stop rejection.
