Oh boy, what a question. It does excite me to have some level of control over not just myself. Making decisions when others can't. Taking whatever challenge arises and go with it, good or bad. Found myself being a leader, sometimes not by choice, but by the need for one. With that comes the need for some level of obedience and respect.
