To my mind, one of the best characteristics I possess is my positive and cheerful attitude to life. As Eileen Caddy (a great Scottish spiritual leader and writer) once said: “Live and work but do not forget to play, to have fun in life and really enjoy it.” She was pretty right in that and I whole-heartedly believe in that statement.
