I am in my 54th year of this fascinating journey that is life on Earth. It is a wonderful life that I enjoy with two adult girls that make me so proud it every way. They are my biggest achievement in life. I am a bit of a gypsy as my job entails conducting tours for international travelers. I love eating out but enjoy cooking even more. Preparing a dish from scratch is so satisfying- sourcing the recipe and ingredients then getting in the kitchen with a glass of wine is just a great way to start the night. Its a bit of an anti climax to sit down to eat by myself.
