Week 1 vs Week 12 Body fat downI don’t think I really believed I would achieve what I wanted. After the first few sessions, they were tough, sweaty but enjoyable, I was back in the groove with the gym. The diet was simple and didn’t seem too hard. When it came to the first set of measurements after 5 weeks I wasn’t expecting the changes that had happened and was blown away. I was more motivated that ever so Loren stepped up the training, learning and trying new things I can do on my own and forever pushing me harder (which I needed!!). After the end of the 12 weeks I couldn’t believe the results I achieved but the best part was that I was so excited to keep it going and carry on. I felt like I have learned so much from Loren and would recommend her to anyone. Her knowledge of training and nutrition is incredible and how she could fit that round my lifestyle was even more impressive! I can’t wait to take what I have learned over the past 12 weeks and carry it on for the future!"
