Working at a railway environment requires a lot of patience when it relates dealing with general customer inquiry. This is both relating working at the platform and gate line especially in a challenging atmosphere that involves delays and cancellations. Through that sort of environment I have had a lot of different inquires of concerns all thrown at once and it is our job to keep a level head to handle some of the personal inquires by still treating the customers with respect and trying to apprehend their needs.
