I'm in my early 60's, of average build, approx. 180cm tall and 80kg in weight (that's 5'11' andand half stone in old money), with thinning grey hair and a matching moustache plus the obligatory glasses.
I attempt to keep in reasonable shape and condition by running the odd half marathon, sailing, fell walking in Cumbria when time permits and a non smoker.
Recently relocated to just outside Lancaster.
I have recently appreciated both the tv and ts form and now realise what I have been missing for all these years, I hope that I haven't left it too late.
