Fairly easy going guy, that is sometimes too honest for my own good. I maintain my fitness well working about 4 times per week.

Another note to self: Original note to self is doing well to fill up room, I may explore this in further detail going forward
Further note to self: Day 15 Having no luck finding a good way to describe myself that doesn't sound like an attempt to bend my body into a pretzel to kiss my own ass. I will deliberate on this further once I find out if I am that flexible.
Another further not to self: My flexibility appears to be lacking, introduce more stretching into workouts
