Hi! I'm Ade, a genuine, normal guy who lives a pretty simple existence in the nations capital. In a former life I was a federal government employee and an elite athlete travelling the world for comps and chasing glory, however now I just keep fit and strong with weights and group fitness classes with friends at the gym.
