Never really know hat to write in these things, so here goes. I'm not new to the swinging scene but have been out of it for some time and am looking to get back into it. I'm an easy-going and quite shy guy, not into big parties or crowds, definately a pub rather than club type.
I work out 3 times a week, free weights twice and machines on the odd day and I would appreciate meeting people who at least appreciate the value of working out.
I'm openminded were sex goes and will give anything a try, I prefer to keep the numbers involved to the low end (3 or 4 max) as I'm not very extrovert. That said if the mood takes me there is no predicting what I'd agree to. Initially looking for women, either single or in a couple (bi-curiousbi males aren't a problem).
