I am a big kid at heart and I cherish the little things in life. I am a hopeless romantic looking for my Juliet. I am very much into staying in shape, and just started on a new dieting and exercise program. I am Italian, German, Polish, and Russian. I love to drink wine and be elegant, but I also love to barbaque and have a beer. I am southern at heart, but grew up with yankee parents. I was born here in GA, and have southern ideals woven into the northern heritage I grew up with. I am not a redneck by any means, nor am I a yankee. I am just me.
I have an A.S. in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology. I currently work as a Correctional Officer at the Rogers State Prison Facility in Reidsville, GA. I want to work as a psychologist helping prepare inmates for their release back into society.
I love to do outdoorsy stuff, like camping, backpacking, horseback riding, rock climbing, hiking, playing paintball, going to the shooting range, mudding, four wheelin', hunting, and fishing. But, I also enjoy getting dressed up and going to fancy restuarants, going out salsa dancing, and wine tasting. I am not afraid to get dirty, but I also like to get fancy at times too. I love sports. Specifically baseball, football, and soccer. I have also been know to watch a good UFC fight from time to time, and sometimes I like to watch NASCAR racing. I love going to sporting events, concerts, and car shows. I also love to dance, specifically salsa, barchata, meringue, cha cha, waltz, swing and foxtrot. I took dancing lessons when I was young.
I am an avid guitar player, I write music, sing, and perform at open mic nights at various bars around my area. I also can play piano, drums, djembe, dumbac, keyboard, electric bass guitar, and electric guitar. I will soon be taking on banjo, violin, steel guitar, and mandolin. I come from a very musically inclined family.
My family is vegetarian, but I can eat anything. Don't get me wrong, I love vegan and vegitarian food, but every now and then I like to have a good steak slapped on a hot grill. I also love Italian, German, and Russian food. I grew up with them and I love to cook them as well. I like southern food every now and again, but I like to stick with my roots also.
