I like it when you are up a hill and you can see clouds beneath you. I like waking up and hearing the birds singing in the tree outside my window. I like swimming in the sea and taking my feet off the bottom and losing connection with the earth. I like that feeling I get in the pit of my stomach when an aeroplane takes off. I like when it lands again. I like the smell of paint. And cut grass. I like it when roast potatoes turn out just right. I like listening to music by the light of the fire with a glass of wine in my hand. I like the sound of water lapping under the bows of a sailing boat. I like writing my initials in frost.
