We have been having very open conversations with each other the past few months, ever since she had a very drastic increase in her desire for sex. We have come to the realization that we are deeply committed to each other and have no problem fulfilling each other emotionally. Because of my disability, however, I always get fulfilled physically by her, but the lack of range of positions and, yes, duration on my part leaves her wanting in that area.
