over riding interest has always been art and design, architecture, reading, am exploring realms that are still quite new to me e.g. philosophy, now that I have plenty of time. Am a believer in being fit , which means eating and drinking well, plenty of exercise etc. Fairly quiet overall in my day to day life, occasionally like to branch out into something new e.g. have lately been involved in the 'stop oil' campaign which you will guess makes me identify on the left politically but am open to listening to othe r points of view I hope
