Hi.. I'm Ben
For my final years work, I have been pursuing a project looking at the transgender communities of Berlin, and documenting peoples lifestyles, and getting their voice heard by a publication.
I have been linking my gender theory work with my own practical work, being a gay cis man myself I have come cross issues in my life due to peoples ignorance and lack of knowledge on the subject of gender and sexuality.
This project of mine is to educate people that there are other communities living out there other than the 'norm' that some societies see us as.
I am traveling over to Berlin next month, and I am looking for trans men and trans women to interview and to hear their stories, and if they are willing to, I would include their interview in my publication along with a portrait.
If you happen to know of anyone that would be willing to talk to me, or yourself, please get in contact, and I would love to meet up if possible when I come over to Berlin.
