I have had an unusual life spending most of working life flying out to ships providing navigation solutions and services for months at a time but then having time off to experience different places and cultures all over the world. These experiences have really been an education that has turned me from a very shy person in my twenties to an independent, confident, sociable peoples person. I enjoy meeting people and exploring new places. So every couple of months I would be flying off somewhere and have spent more time in planes and airports that I care to mention. Now I'm retired It wouldn't bother me if I never flew again but never say never.
Decided, as the people I worked with got younger and younger, at the age of sixty it was time to retire. With the life I've lead it was never going to be sitting in front of the telly.
