As 2010 has rolled slowly into my life, tradition has had me assume a New Year’s Resolution. I have decided that it will be, quite simply, this, take more chances and meet new people. So, casting aside previous reservations and perhaps a slight shyness, here is as best a portrait of me as I can describe.
Basically, I am a good guy.
Over the years I have had a number of wonderful relationships that have allowed me to cultivate a taste for intimacy and at the same time, explore my passions and desires. I have arrived at a place in my life where I am comfortable with who I am, what I want and where I am going. As an individual I can certainly be described as ambitious, perhaps even overly so. However, I do not view this as a character flaw, I believe over-reaching is good. It is in my nature to be rational, to use my own initiative, to even over-think but ultimately to adapt. Of course, above all I delight in diversity and seeking out all the different beautiful things in the world.
Okay, a bare bones description of me. I am 5”10 with a slimathletic build, dark brown hair and blue eyes. My girl friends consider me attractive but modesty forbids me to say much more, suffice to say, if any desire to see what I look like they need only ask. I am currently a student at Edinburgh University and hopefully in a few years I will be able to consider myself well read.
My main vanilla interest is Movies, I have an amazing collection but probably shouldn’t get started talking about film because I could talk for decades. I enjoy music and adore attending gigs, I have currently developed a fascination for Irish folk music (I love the song On Raglan Road by the Dubliners!!) Otherwise I like reading and particularly writing.
