Sex has to be part of our spiritual life. It's something sacred. Sex has to be something that we are not looking at as being obscene, pornographic, condemned or repressed, but immensely appreciated and respected. We are born out of it as an exchange of energy, or for just recognizing another soul, it also must be casually free. We need to understand that spirituality and sex are completing each other as the ONE (BUDDHIST ONENESS). In condemning or judge sex as dirty we are condemning our personal Lifeforce. In condemning our Lifeforce we are judging our personal life, dignity, integrity. So we must live our sex in total freedom without limits and happiness.
