I am confidant in myself, and very easy going, friends have said that if I get any more laid back, I'll be horizontal! I don't worry about things I can't change, and believe that most things work themselves out in time.

My musical taste is rather varied, ranging from Howard Shore to Linkin Park, Frank to Foo Fighters. No Rap, Hip Hop or club music tho.
Activity wise, my main pursuit is Jiu Jitsu, which I teach. I also do yoga and Tai Chi. I enjoy being outside, walking and camping being favourite there. I go to several bike rallies, depending on other commitments.
